                       HOMMAGE A MADAME EVELYNE FELDMAN

Madame Evelyne FELDMAN, Administratrice indépendante d'ALTEN depuis le 24 mai
2016, Présidente du Comité des Nominations et des Rémunérations, a
soudainement disparu la semaine passée.

ALTEN souhaite rendre hommage à sa mémoire et rappelle l'engagement de Madame
FELDMAN pour la collectivité, notamment en faveur du bien-être au travail.

Madame FELDMAN a exercé ses fonctions d'Administrateur d'ALTEN avec engagement
et professionnalisme. Sous sa Présidence, le Comité des Rémunérations et
des Nominations a mené de nombreux travaux en lien avec la stratégie du Groupe.

Les fonctions du Comité des Rémunérations et des Nominations sont
temporairement dévolues au Conseil d'administration, le Comité ne remplissant
plus les conditions de son fonctionnement (présidence par un Administrateur
indépendant).

Le Conseil aura la possibilité de coopter un nouvel Administrateur en
remplacement de Madame FELDMAN, d'ici à la prochaine Assemblée Générale. Il
a pour le moment été décidé de sursoir à son remplacement.

                    SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO MRS. EVELYNE FELDMAN

Unexpectedly last week, Mrs. Evelyn FELDMAN who acted as independent Director
of ALTEN and President of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee from May
24th 2016 until recently, sadly passed away.

ALTEN wishes to pay tribute to Mrs. FELDMAN 's dedication to the community and
commitment to protect well-being at work.

As independent Director of ALTEN, Mrs. FELDMAN was a loyally involved
professional. When chaired by Mrs. FELDMAN, the Remuneration and Nomination
Committee ran various projects in adequacy with ALTEN Group's strategy.

Deprived of its President & independent Director, the Committee does not
currently meet the necessary requirements to perform its functions; hence they
are temporarily transferred to the Board of Directors.

The Board will be able to co-opt a new Director to substitute for Mrs. FELDMAN
before the next General Meeting. Until then, the decision was made to defer
Mrs. FELDMAN's replacement.
