The Jamendo division welcomes Jocelyn Seilles as its new Managing Director

AudioValley (ISIN code: BE0974334667/ticker symbol: ALAVY) today announces the
appointment of Jocelyn Seilles as Managing Director of Jamendo, the commercial
platform for professional media projects.

Jocelyn Seilles has an in-depth understanding of the digital music business. In
the course of a career spanning 20 years, Jocelyn Seilles has gained solid
managerial skills and genuine recognition within the music industry. Notably,
he managed the world-famous French pop artist Sébastien Tellier. He was also
involved in the rise of the Radionomy division in the role of CFO.

Jocelyn Seilles is now tasked with bringing new energy to the development of
the Jamendo division, which operates in an environment where opportunities
still abound. In order to meet the objectives of this strategic mission, he
intends to build on the company's three main strengths: its extensive catalogue
of more than 600,000 titles including around 223,000 under licence, its
international presence with direct operations in the United States and its
independent management entity status gained in the past month.
