Le présent communiqué est établi et diffusé par Banque Fédérative du
Crédit Mutuel et Mutuelles Investissement conformément aux dispositions des
articles 231-27 2° et 231-28 du règlement général de l'Autorité des
marchés financiers (l' " AMF ").
En application de l'article L. 621-8 du code monétaire et financier et de
l'article 231-23 de son règlement général, l'AMF a, en application de sa
décision de conformité du 18 juillet 2017 sur l'offre publique d'achat
simplifiée, apposé le visa n°17-362 en date du 18 juillet 2017 sur la note
d'information établie par Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel et Mutuelles
Investissement relative à l'offre publique d'achat simplifiée visant les
actions Crédit Industriel et Commercial (l' " Offre ").
Conformément à l'article 231-28 du règlement général de l'AMF, les
informations relatives aux caractéristiques, notamment juridiques,
financières et comptables de Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel et
Mutuelles Investissement, ont été déposées auprès de l'AMF le 18 juillet
2017 et mises à disposition du public ce jour.
Ces informations ainsi que la note d'information visée par l'AMF sont
