     APPOINTED TO THE GOVERNMENT, AGNES PANNIER-RUNACHER LEAVES OFFICE AT
                              COMPAGNIE DES ALPES

Paris, 16 October 2018 - Agnès PANNIER-RUNACHER has just been appointed
Secretary of State to the Minister of the Economy and Finance, and is
accordingly leaving Compagnie des Alpes.

Commenting on the appointment, Dominique Marcel, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Compagnie des Alpes said: "I warmly congratulate Agnes
PANNIER-RUNACHER for this wonderful appointment. For me, it represents the
recognition of her exceptional qualities, her tremendous energy and the great
wealth of her career.
As Deputy CEO since 28 January 2013, Agnès has made a significant contribution
to transforming the Company, implementing its Strategic Plan in a determined
and efficient manner, and significantly improving its performance.
I thank her sincerely, on my own behalf and on behalf of all employees, for all
she has so brilliantly accomplished and for her constant commitment to the
Group and its teams. We wish her all the best in her new duties."
