The company filed 3rd April 2019 its 2018 registration document with the French
financial markets regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

This document is available on the Group's website at www.eiffage.com and on the
AMF's website at www.amf-france.org.

It is also available at the company's headquarter 3-7 place de l'Europe 78140
Vélizy-Villacoublay.
