ENGIE's Board of Directors acknowledges the extension of the validity period of
VEOLIA's offer until 5 October 2020
ENGIE's Board of Directors has been informed of the extension of the validity
period of VEOLIA's offer, in reply to the request made by ENGIE's Board earlier
today.
The Board welcomes this opportunity of bringing together VEOLIA and SUEZ.
ENGIE's Board of Directors will meet before the expiry date to decide on
VEOLIA's new offer.
