Gaumont acquires EuropaCorp's activity of exploitation of films from the
catalog Roissy Films
Saint-Denis, March 25, 2019 - Following their exclusive negotiations announced
on September 20, 2018, EuropaCorp and Gaumont have signed an agreement for the
acquisition by Gaumont of the activity of exploitation of films in coproduction
and films under distribution agreement from the catalog Roissy Films.
