REPORT
Availability of the 2018 registration document and annual financial report
The 2018 registration document, which includes the annual financial report, was
filed with the French Financial Markets Authority ("AMF") on March 29, 2018
under No. 19-0225.
It can be viewed or downloaded from the following websites:

Publication of the first annual integrated report
In addition, Icade has published an annual integrated report for the first
time. This document, more strategic in scope and designed for a wide audience,
provides information on Icade's value creation model which benefits its
customers, partners, employees and local communities.
This annual integrated report is based on recommendations from the
International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). Icade employees having
different profiles and representing all of the company's business divisions and
locations have been actively involved in its preparation. Four topics have been
addressed: the major trends facing Icade, its business model, performance
indicators and corporate governance.
A version accessible for visually impaired persons and an electronic annual
integrated report will also be made available.
