Imerys has finalized the update of its 3 billion euros EMTN (" Euro Medium Term
Notes ") programme.

The base prospectus has been filed with and approved by the Commission de
Surveillance du Secteur Financier (Luxembourg) on June 24, 2019 ; it is
available on the website of the Company www.imerys.com in section "Finance /
Publications & Regulated Information / Prospectus - bond issue", at its head
office, from the paying agent identified in the base prospectus, as well as on
the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange www.bourse.lu.
