THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUEZ APPOINTS BERTRAND CAMUS AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE
OFFICER OF SUEZ AS OF MAY 14, 2019

At the end of the succession process led by the Appointment and Governance
Committee, the Board of Directors of SUEZ met today to appoint, unanimously,
Bertrand Camus as Chief Executive Officer as of May 14, 2019, the date on which
Jean-Louis Chaussade's term of office ends.

In accordance with the Group's bylaws, this appointment is subject to the
designation of Bertrand Camus as Director at the Shareholders' meeting held
next May 14.

The Board of Directors has chosen an executive from within the Group to lead
SUEZ in the next stages of its development; Bertrand Camus has extensive
operational experience, having led North American activities and more recently
the Water activities in France with success. Bertrand Camus is currently Group
Senior Executive VP in charge of Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. He
is known for his expertise and excellent knowledge of the environmental
sector.

Bertrand Camus will aim to accelerate the implementation of the ambitious
strategy of SUEZ, already a leader in the environmental transition, by creating
value for all stakeholders and pursuing an attractive dividend policy. He will
also aim to lead the transformation of SUEZ by strengthening the Group's
positions on the markets of the future as well as making the best use of
digital technologies.

The Board of Directors of SUEZ has congratulated Bertrand Camus on his
appointment and will choose Gérard Mestrallet's successor as Chairman of the
Board of Directors by the end of the first quarter of 2019.

Bertrand Camus has been Group Senior Executive VP of SUEZ for Africa,
Australia, Asia, the Middle East and India since March 2018. A graduate of the
Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, he joined the Group in 1994, where he
successively held positions in business development, operations and audit in
France and abroad before taking charge of water resources for North America in
2008 and for France in 2015. Bertrand Camus was born on February 9, 1967.
