COMMUNIQUE PRECISANT LES MODALITES DE MISE A DISPOSITION OU DE LA CONSULTATION
DU DOCUMENT DE REFERENCE 2015 ET DU RAPPORT FINANCIER ANNUEL
TF1 a déposé le 09 mars 2016 auprès de l'Autorité des Marchés Financiers le
document de référence sur l'exercice 2015. Ce document (en français) est tenu
gratuitement à la disposition du public dans les conditions prévues par la
réglementation en vigueur et peut être consulté et téléchargé à partir du
site Internet de la Société www.groupe-tf1.fr. La version anglaise sera
disponible le 16 mars 2016.
Il est également disponible sur le site de l'AMF www.amf-france.org.
Le document de référence 2015 inclut notamment le rapport financier annuel, le
rapport du Président du Conseil d'Administration sur le gouvernement
d'entreprise et le contrôle interne, le rapport du Conseil d'Administration sur
les résolutions présentées à l'Assemblée Générale Mixte, le descriptif du
programme de rachat d'actions, les rapports des Commissaires aux Comptes et les
informations relatives à leurs honoraires.

PRESS RELEASE - TF1 2015 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT
TF1 2015 Registration Document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés
Financiers (AMF) on March 09, 2016. The French-language document has been made
available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations
and may be viewed at and downloaded from the Group's website at the following
address: www.groupe-tf1.fr. The English-language version will be available on
March 16, 2016.
It is also available on the AMF website: www.amf-france.org.
The 2015 Registration Document includes in particular the annual financial
report, the Chairman's report on the corporate governance and internal control
procedures, the report of the Board of Directors on the resolutions submitted to
the Combined General Meeting, the details of the share buyback programme, the
Statutory Auditors' reports and information concerning their fees.
