   PRESS RELEASE - TF1 2018 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

TF1 2018 Registration Document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés
Financiers (AMF) on March 7, 2019. The French-language document has been made
available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable
regulations and may be viewed at and downloaded from the Group's website at the
following address: http://www.groupe-tf1.fr/en. The English-language version
will be available on March 14, 2019.

It is also available on the AMF website: www.amf-france.org.

The 2018 Registration Document includes in particular the annual financial
report, the report of the Board of Directors on the resolutions submitted to
the Combined General Meeting, the details of the share buyback programme, the
Statutory Auditors' reports and information concerning their fees.
