Pursuant to Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of large =
shareholdings, UCB SA/NV announces that it has received a transparency noti=
fication from Wellington Management Group LLP (having its registered office=
s at 280 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210, USA) on 16 May 2022.=C2=A0
Wellington Management Group LLP has notified that, following an acquisition=
of UCB shares with voting rights by its affiliates, its shareholding in UC=
B SA/NV has increased and it has crossed the 7.5% threshold, on 13 May 2022=
.
On 13 May 2022, Wellington Management Group LLP (taking into account the ho=
lding of its affiliates) owned 15 166 845 UCB shares with voting rights, re=
presenting 7.80% of the total number of shares issued by the company (194 5=
05 658), versus 7.46% (14 516 633 UCB shares) in the previous notification =
dated 2 September 2021.
