Démission de Gordon E. Devens avec effet le 15 février 2017
Lyon, 31 janvier 2017 - Suite à la décision de Gordon E. Devens, Chief Legal
Officer et Secrétaire de XPO Logistics, Inc. de démissionner avec effet le 15
février 2017, M. Devens a également présenté sa démission comme membre et
Vice- Président du Conseil de Surveillance de XPO Logistics Europe, avec effet
à la même date.
